1,Characteristics
Guide bushes are an essential component in rotary systems, providing stability and precise movement. However, there are also rotary systems available that offer changeable modes without the need for a guide bush. These innovative systems allow for flexibility and versatility in machining operations. By rearranging the content, the information remains the same, but the wording and structure of the sentences are altered.
The Rotary Guide bush is a versatile tool that can be used for both shaft workpieces and short workpieces. In rotary guide bush mode, it's perfect for longer shafts with a feeding length of up to 150mm. The tail material length is also longer at 220mm, which makes it suitable for multiple feedings. However, if you need to work on shorter workpieces with a length to diameter ratio of less than 1:2.5, then the guide bush can be removed to switch to without guide bush mode. This minimizes the length of the tail material, with a length of only 70mm. Whether you're working on long shafts or shorter workpieces, the Rotary Guide bush is a valuable tool in any machining operation.
Internal oil cooled electric spindle
Our Swiss CNC lathe machine now boasts of an electric spindle technology that is based on Japan's oil cooling design, one that we have independently developed and created. We have effectively resolved the fundamental issues that plagued the spindle of the machine, allowing us to deliver a highly reliable and robust system. Our electric spindle sports better rigidity and torque force, ensuring stable and precise processing. To further enhance its longevity and radial stability, we have implemented superior NSK bearings.
Large capacity cutting oil tank is available for collecting scrap. This tank is specifically designed to accommodate the collection of scrap materials and cutting oil. Its ample size ensures that a significant amount of scrap can be stored and disposed of efficiently. The tank is constructed using high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. It is equipped with a secure lid to prevent any leakage and maintain a clean working environment. Additionally, the tank is easy to handle and transport due to its sturdy design. Whether you need to collect scrap metal or dispose of cutting oil, this tank is the perfect solution for your needs.
The preliminary oil chip separation on the chip collection platform is made possible by the adoption of a separation platform in the waste collection box. This platform allows for the cooling oil to be buffer and cooled, resulting in the separation of the preliminary oil chips. The separated oil chips then proceed to enter the cutting oil tank, which has a generous volume of 340L. Within the cutting oil tank, there are multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles strategically placed to effectively filter out and separate oil chips. By extending the return path, the debris within the cutting oil is minimized, thus reducing the likelihood of debris entering the oil pump. This extended separation and filtration process also enables the oil temperature to reach full free cooling. As a result, the service life of the oil pump is significantly extended.
To eject workpieces, shorter parts are sent to the front of the conveyor belt while longer parts are ejected from the rear of the sub-spindle. This method ensures efficient separation of parts and smooth functioning of the machine. It is an effective way to streamline the production process and ensure that workpieces are handled with precision and care. By using this method, manufacturers can improve their output and increase productivity while minimizing errors and downtime.
Jianke's complete line of dual spindle Swiss CNC lathes features a front discharge product collection method as a standard inclusion. For workpieces measuring less than 90mm in length, the front material receiving box serves as a convenient collection point, and the finished product can be smoothly transported through an embedded conveyor belt. However, when dealing with workpieces exceeding the 90mm mark, the rear discharge method becomes applicable. In this case, the product is efficiently ejected through the sub spindle's central position by utilizing a slot on the side sheet metal of the equipment.
5、Powerful sixth axis tool holder

Turning tools:●The regular six axis standard configuration does not have a turning tool position, and the O.D. turning processing can only be achieved by installing O.D. turning tool carbide inserts on the boring tool shank, which has poor rigidity.

Side milling tools:●The regular six axis lathe standard configuration does not have a side rotary tools and needs to be expanded through plug-in modules. The plug-in modules can only be 1 potion hole with 1 rotary tool and the price is expensive.
▲The S series six axis lathe comes standard with 4 ER16 side rotary tools. If there are not enough positions, it could expand 3 side rotary tools by occupying 1 position of ER16, achieving a maximum of 6 side rotary live tools; At the same time, the tool direction is milled from top to bottom, which has stronger milling rigidity than the side milling rotary tools.
End face milling:●The regular six axis lathe comes standard with four end face rotary tools, which cannot be extended for more end milling tools. If there are requirements which need functions expanded, it will occupy the end face rotary tools position which cause shortage of end face rotary tools.
▲The S series six axis lathe is equipped with 3* ER16 end face rotary tools as standard. If there are not enough positions, it could expand three end face rotary tools by occupying one side rotary tool position, achieving a maximum of six end face rotary tools.
6. Highly modular expansion function(Patent NO.ZL202220166953.5)
The MA series lathes are standard equipped with 2*ER11 +2*ER16 rotary tools of the main spindle, the2* ER16 rotary tools able to use plug-in modules.
The MA25-6S model lathe, both the main spindle side rotary tools and sub spindle rotary tools could achieve
plug-in expansion modules.
(Plug-in modules are all options,if needed , please list them in the contract/quotation)

The JIANKE DT38-6S lathe support to upgrade rotary tools with B axis which can achieve a linkage rotation of 0-90 °. For processes with multiple angle holes and workpieces that require B-axis linkage milling processing, one-time processing can be achieved. And according to demand, the rotary tools can be replaced with a boring cutter.

6.Swiss CNC lathe requirements for raw materials in the processing of long bar materials.
1、Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials: As the standard bar feeder supports a maximum length of 3M for bars, it is recommended that the length of a single bar material should be ≤ 3M;
2、Consistency of material diameter tolerance within ± 0.02mm;
3、The consistency of material roundness tolerance is within 0.005-0.01mm;
4、The straightness of the material is required to be within 0.35mm/m;
5、All the bar materials need to be chamfered at both ends;
6、Some large-diameter materials and irregular(suquare/hexagonal) materials require to turning the tail of them to match the bar feeder collet and easy to be sent through the spindle hole;
7、When the material hardness is higher than HRC28 degrees, a prior declaration is required。
** The above are the regular requirements of raw materials for the Swiss CNC lathe, and the material tolerance can be relaxed/tightened according to the actual product accuracy requirements **
7. Quality assurance and technical support
The warranty period for the supplier's equipment is one year from the date of final acceptance by the Buyer before shipment. Under normal use, there is a free service warranty for damage. If the equipment is damaged due to improper use by the buyer, the supplier will only charge material fees within one year, and material and labor fees will be charged after one year. The supplier shall provide paid services /spare parts to the buyer for a long time. Make the following commitments to technical support, pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales service and quality:
1、Pre sales service: The supplier is responsible for providing free basic training to technical personnel sent by the buyer to the factory for CNC lathe operation, debugging and maintenance learning.
2、In sales service: At the same time as the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, the supplier sends personnel to the buyer's factory for free basic training;
3、After sales service: For equipment malfunction complaints, both the supply and buyer parties shall communicate in detail about the specific malfunction in advance. If it is determined that the malfunction can be eliminated by the buyer party, the supplier shall provide specific guidance through phone, fax, etc. If it is a fault that must be resolved on-site by the supplier, the supplier must respond within 24 hours after determining the fault and provide a solution and expected on-site resolution time. After exceeding the one-year shelf life, a certain amount of material and labor fees can be charged appropriately.
4、Technical support: When the buyer encounters difficult and miscellaneous parts or high technical requirements during the use of the equipment, the supplier can provide remote technical guidance. If the supplier is required to debug and program on behalf of the supplier, the supplier will only charge the reasonable costs.
